Four Diamonds (dewdrops) nestle among a White Moonstone, a Pink Tourmaline and a Rhodolite Garnet on a gold band that appears like the shapes in a shifting sand dune.

This ring appears to be a stack but the three yellow gold bands (9ct) are joined and set with diamonds (total 0.28ct),, Rhodolite Garnet (0.9ct), Pink Tourmaline (0.6ct), and White Moonstone (0.34ct). The diamonds are set in white gold settings.
